Dr. Christina Basias Androulakis is an award-winning educator and digital strategist who has taken her expertise from the classroom to the world’s largest stage—the internet. A former high school English teacher, professor of Education, and internal ed-tech consultant, she also worked with New York City Public Schools, the largest public education system in the U.S., to integrate technology into learning. Now, as co-creator of @TheLipstickLesbians, she applies that expertise to redefine beauty education, making complex industry concepts engaging and accessible. While Alexis speaks beauty like a language, Christina understands how people learn online, pioneering a new category of influence that is transforming how beauty is delivered. Together with her wife, she is on a mission to democratize beauty through "beauty literacy," a concept she has proudly coined along with the Product Development Anchor wheel which is the foundation for LLAB.

Julio is a seasoned veteran in the cosmetic industry with more than 17 years of experience in R&D. Specializing in color, powder, skincare, haircare, and OTC formulations, his expertise has contributed to both brand and personal award-winning formulas. Julio has held leadership positions at two top contract manufacturers in OTCs and color cosmetics, and is the holder of multiple patents in unique categories. Known for his innovative mindset and exceptional troubleshooting skills, he consistently tackles today’s challenges to shape the future of beauty.
